One thing is for certain, the cold hard truthis... we live in a world filled with constant change so better know Your Worth.   It is inevitable and beyond our mortalcomprehension.  This is our Life Course! Picture this out … In just a turn of thecentury; we’ve gone from the teepee of the American Indian to the Empire StateBuilding.  We’ve gone from Kitty Hawk toMars! We’ve gone to the moon and back again. We’ve gone from sending smoke signals to the World Wide Web and bouncingvideo off satellites!  While on the topicof change! Let me add more to this brew of infinite wisdom, “The law of changeis an immutable law”.  Tomorrow willbring change!  Count on it.  It is the Life Course. Those people who use hindsight and refuse tobelieve and adapt to this will suffer the consequences.  It’s their own Life Business! Take for example the technological prowess ofthe Greek fire, in medieval times an inventor profoundly cracked the code ofthis phenomenal piece of technology and harnessed it into a weapon of notablepower.  He presented it to his military leaderof who was hell bent on conquering Constantinople to utilize in his forthcomingquest.  But alas he rejected the prospectof investing on such a marvel. So faced with the predicament of trying to sellhis invention and recoup his loses and a much needed reprieve for his troublesand investment, he opted to pitch it to Constantine. Seeing the potential ofsuch a profound concoction he took advantage of the opportunity and utilized itto the fullest extent. When the onslaught began the misshapen army who besiegedConstantinople was faced with a confounding array of a relentless barrage ofGreek fire Napalm that burns endlessly and left the invading army riddled withthe cinder of their ships burnt to the mast. As the saying goes you can’tteach old dogs new tricks, hence it’s harder for more people to be receptive tochange in environment, routines, lifestyle or personality. No one can Coach Life for them. When we are youngour fragile minds can be molded. But, you cannot makeprogress ... without going through a process. Change is not an event ... it isa process! Accept Change! This changes everything!  This changes ones Life Course! Youcannot stay computer ignorant! I still run into people who think a DISKETTE is a female disco dancer. They think that theINTERNET is where cafeteria workers put their hair!  They think a MAC is Big Bubba’s favorite fastfood and MEGAHERTZ is how their head feels after 17 beers!  I am serious! One woman I met still thinks aMOUSE PAD is Where Mickey and Minnie live! And ONLINE is where you’re supposedstay when taking the field sobriety test! Listen up folks ... here’s a big announcement ... it’s the 21stcentury.   The most important aspect for life alteringresults is…Discipline. The most important point is quite simple ... change isnot always easy! Regardless of your effort and profound enthusiasm if one keyaspect for success is missing then you are not utilizing your full potential.Discipline is the key for successful people, corporation, and empires and isquite evident when it comes to military prowess. The steadfast might of theRoman Empire was due to their disciplined legions.  Changerequires discipline! It’s discipline  ...not desire that determines your destiny! For you to change, personal discipline willbe required. It takes discipline to say ‘No!” to your doubts when you’reconfronted with change.   If your desire is to grow personally andprofessionally, then you will have been willing to change.  The proof of desire is in the pursuititself.  If you are not pursuingsomething ... there is no proof that you really desire or want it. The proof ofyour desire ... is in the pursuit of what you desire. Much courting a beautifuldame with youthful enthusiasm and reckless abandon to win her heart amidst thecrowd of would be contenders.  If you really desire to change ... you mustpursue it with all that is within you as PersonalMission! One of my favorite “Ebyisms” is “Change is a portal to successthat can only be opened from the inside.” So... what is the first step?  What will act as a catalyst to aid you tochange? Change like so many other processes is modular.  In other words, it is a gradual step-by-stepprocess rather than an overnight success. In the world we live in most people have a “fast food” mentality. Theywant it RIGHT NOW!  Real change isongoing.  But, the good news is there isa definite starting place!  Work for yourown Personal Good. Pace yourself andtake it slowly but surely without over encumbrance otherwise your willpower andmotivation will falter and ultimately you will end up where you started.  The process of change actually begins whenyou decide what you will allow into your mind for Personal Good. Your mind is the gateway of your new Life Course. It all actually starts bysomething as simple as changing your point of view.  But how can you initiate such a journey? It’sactually quite simple empty your pretensions and fill your cup with worthwhileknowledge!  The old computer term“garbage in - garbage out” is a truism. Ancient scripture calls it renewingyour mind.  It’s really just good oldfashioned brain washing!  Now I realizethat term has developed a negative connotation... But look at it on a whole newperspective be on other end of the spectrum, start off by being optimistic andalways look on the bright side to start your Personal Work on your new LifeCourse. If you will constantly flood your mind withpositive reinforcement ... renew it with affirmations that will condition yourmind toward your desired change ... the journey has begun for another Life Course.  You need to read or listen to every characterbuilding, motivational, educational book, CD, or DVD you can get your handson.   Which is easier to memorize something withyour mind or by heart? Metaphorically speaking of course, if you stronglybelieve on something with unparalleled conviction then you have taken it byheart.  That comes about by meditating orconsistently dwelling on what is being fed into your mind.  You will live by it with the entire fiber ofyour being. When hindrances arise you will have something to fallback on, yourbeliefs and convictions! That’s what the ancient text means when it says “as aman thinketh in his heart ... so is he”. Your thoughts will actually go way past the mental realm and into yourinner man. Your actions are the manifestation of what is in your heart! Yourvery core being your persona. So, it starts off with introspection.  It progresses into the heart. And out of theabundance of the heart it will reverberate through your words and actions.  What is inside of you will ultimately comeout.  As actions speak louder than wordsit is imminent, you cannot stop it.  Ifyou’re filled with hatred and angst it will eventually come out.  If you’re filled with joy ... with positiveattitudes your aura will reflect these traits… It will flow out of yourmouth.  And as I have said earlier thetongue is a complex force. So if you start to THINK the right things tohappen for your Personal Good. ...You will begin to BELIEVE the right things ... you will begin to SAY the right things ... andyou are destined for imminent change for the better.  Your actions will line up with your thoughts,your beliefs, and your words! Change is all but a mere thought acted upon!
