Before I get into this, it's important that you understand the meaning of self help, self improvement and personal development. Quite simply, it's precisely what it says on the tin, anything related to improving or developing yourself. For example, career, relationships, health, matters of the mind, etc.. Self help is basically any kind of information, or tools that help you to help yourself.I've got a quick question for you...Can you remember a time in your life where you wanted tomorrow to come NOW? Yes, it is true, your emotions can be your best friend or worst enemy, and sometimes at the same time! So ask yourself, "What are the things that makes me juiced about life?". Taking that further, ask yourself, "What FEATURES does my passion have that makes me juiced?".STEP FOUR involves actually constructing your DREAM Life. This should stretch your self improvement capacity to the MAX, however fear not, this is very much attainable. This step requires you to use your identified features in step three AND GOAL SETTING, one of the most powerful personal development tools around ! Repeat this for all the different departments of your life. For example, Health, Career, Relationships, etc. All of this comes together and forms your very own, personal development plan. Onto undoutably the most EXCITING part of this whole process...STEP FIVE - Live the life you've planed out inside of your personal development plan.
