However, condos that have over 20 or 30 floors and a few hundred tenants are also popular. In this case, you will want to be sure there is a reliable elevator system. You may also have to check with the management or concierge about booking the elevator for your moving day. Most buildings do not allow the elevator to be occupied for many hours of moving unless you reserve it in advance. This is to ensure the rest of the tenants still have access to that facility.
