I would like to elaborate on a comment I found online regarding the Enjo cleaning products.For those of you that don't already know Enjo is a mlm company that sells and promotes non-toxic cleaning or 'green' cleaning. You could call it "Enjo cleaning."I call it the "green religion" but that's another topic. Maybe I'll write on that another time on an article or on my blog..Ok, back to Enjo.Allow me to get very detailed oriented and break down the comments in parts. She says:"I am really peeved at the moment. I purchase 2 products from them - the kitchen and bathroom minis. About $20 or $30 each. A bit much but I liked the idea of them so thought I'd give them ago."First off she made a grammatical error at "I purchase." The correct way to write this is "I purchased," past tense. When you are commenting on a forum or posting any type of article online, try to use correct grammar. Bad grammar is annoying and just makes reading the post that much more complicated.People don't like to think, sift and sort words nowadays. Our culture has become rather lazy and wants the information given to them clearly.Next, she mentions she paid $20 to $30 for each of the minis. That's probably the same price you would pay if you bought them at Kohls, Belk or JC Pennys. If the price is bothersome then I suggest purchasing your bathroom minis used (Yards sales, Goodwill, Salvation army)."Well I only had them for a couple of weeks and the kitchen mini's black bristles were all falling off and leaving black bristles everywhere. I had to double clean. I had been using it in the bathroom as it got the scum off the bath and shower screen better. I only used either water or their citrus shower scrub stuff."Exciting! Crap products give you crap results. Products just aren't made the way they used to be made. Nowadays it's all about mass manufacturing and quantity rather than quality. You can't buy good products anymore. Those days are long gone.Black bristles falling out causing you to double clean does not surprise me. Enjo won't be in business for long selling defective products. Shame on you Enjo!!"So I took it back to lady who did the demo and she returned it to Enjo and said I should get a replacement in a couple of weeks. Well 7 weeks later I rang her to find out where it was and she said she got it back last week with a note saying they aren't replacing it as it was my fault for burning it on something like a hot plate. WTF?"WTF is correct. I know that's a grammatical error but I'm not going to write out what WTF means so you'll just have to look it up or use your imagination.Who was this "lady?" Was she a friend or someone trying to make a quick buck selling defective Enjo products?If Enjo would not refund the purchase I would've asked the lady selling the products to give you your money back or at least ask here for the commission she made when she sold the defective Enjo bathroom mini.Whether it was $5 or $1, it's only ethical for this lady to refund the commission.All of this advice is assuming that this was a true story and wasn't fabricated by a bitter house wife. I've seen people write bad reviews out of bitterness and deceit in the past.Are Enjo cleaning products worth the time and money? Try it out for yourself and tell us about it.
