Dont act like your opinions are better than others, thisshows arrogance. Dont take things too personal. Business people tend to bemore blunt and honest, thats just how they are. Not everyone starts out coachable, but here are sometips on how to be more coachable than you are:· The first tip is to try. You dont knowthat youre uncoachable until you have tried it out first.· Next is to continue to ask questions.This shows engagement and proves to your mentor that you really want to bethere and are interested in learning more.· Avoid assuming.
