But there is a solution to this problem .You can wear Thor shields to neutralize its effect on themselves. The thor shield is a fabric made from a material that can neutralize the electric charge. The shield loop backs the current back to the gun. The fabric offers a low resistance to the charge than our body. Therefore the charge goes into the shield instead of entering into your body. Therefore only the attacker gets stunned and you never get affected. But there is a problem with the thor shields as they are only provided to the military and law agencies because if they are sold publicly then the criminals will buy these shields and their will be no effect of Stun gun on them.
