Hosted by the Houston Apartment Association, the May 11 event was held at the Falls Resort, in New Ulm, Texas.The For Rent Media Solutions Challenge Cup was developed in 1996 to support the NAAPAC, which strives to educate Congress about the needs and concerns of the multi-family housing industry. The event is hosted in alternate years by the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Houston Apartment Association. Participants play on one of two teams, representing either Houston or Dallas. Houston took home this years trophy, evening the score from Dallass win in 2006.
