Some people learn better just from listening,this is called Aural learning so they are more likely to focus just from youtalking to them and the last learning style is read or write so again have apresentation with some text as well as images. This will be aimed at them andyou could also leave a pen and paper on everybodys chairs just in case somepeople want to take notes. This way youre appealing to everybody and its morelikely you are going to engage your whole audience and they will all take inwhat you are saying.What some people do when in front of a large crowd ispretend they are only talking to one person there. Imagine that nobody else ispaying attention. It makes it feel like you are having a conversation asopposed to doing a presentation in front of a crowd. And if somebody asks you aquestion then switch the focus onto them like you are only talking to them. Ifyou dont feel comfortable with that then an idea is to ask a lot of questions.This way you are interacting with the audience constantly and the focus wontbe just on you the whole time, but it will be on the audience members as welland it means you are engaging in conversation with people and they are gettingto know you better.
