Is such phenomenon called polymorphism or dimorphism is so obvious in corporate world also?The biological term, polymorphism refers to the existence of different morphological forms of some species within the same population. For example, the lion and lioness are distinct morphologically and such distinction can be established easily as lion has a majestic mane which is absent in lioness.
