During the evolution of flowering plants(Angiosperms), they formed into three types viz., bisexual flower bearingplants, monoecious and dioecious plants. Thebisexual flowering plants are the one with flowers having both male and femaleparts in the same flower. This istypically as same as the early stage of a corporate where there will be noseparate departments or functions and everything is done by the same group ofpeople like how a bisexual flower will have both male and female parts. Allwork in the corporate is done by the single or a group of people and wholargely assumed to be an expert in many areas of specialization. None can become an expert in all areas ofspecialization.
