Two California based law firms are consolidating cases filedagainst the Ford Motor Company, alleging that the automaker conducted falseand misleading marketing campaigns for its 2013 C-Max Hybrid and Fusion Hybridvehicles. In the settlement, the Korean automaker hasagreed to offer a payout to every owner who has been forced to pay greater fuelcosts than anticipated.
