There are multiple reporting tools for GP: Crystal Reports, Report Writer, SRS, Microsoft Excel, MS Access, however FRx is the tool of choice, when you need to build Financial Reports: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flow1. GL link. One of the major advantages of FRx is the link to General Ledger. In fact, FRx is working of GL Account summary table with recalculating balances out of GL open and if required work transactions. This fact minimizes reports design efforts and allows you to concentrate on such FRx report building blocks changing as Row Format and Column Layout2. Reporting Tree.
