Purchase Receipt is created directly in GP database and could be opened in Great Plains user interface as if it would be created by GP user manually2.Sales Order Allocation or Picking and Packing. Warehouse worker with Barcode scanner reads Sales Order label, then he or she picks Items (or if item label is scanned by scanner, the Item line is highlighted on the scanner display), if lot number is required for the item, it is either selected from the list or scanned by the scanner.
