I had all my brochures and facts and figures and knew all about my company and product. Sitting there with the prospect I was unloading all kinds of information, trying to impress my target into signing right then and there. I was waiting for the big close, and then I got my first big disappointment. The prospect shook my hand, looked at me with disinterest and simply said, "I'm not interested."What went wrong, I asked my manager.
