A candidate after completing his/ herstudies looks for job and few are placed at good positions with goodpay package but the rest of the mass is left JOBLESS. Lets see to thefact as to why a candidate is left jobless even after completing hisstudies from a good institute with flying colors. A candidate secures90 %, 80 % and dreams of getting a good and lumpsum salary. These topnotch candidates sits for interview and few clear and land up totheir dream job while rest of them struggle. Why this left over massstruggle even after getting good percentage ? The reason is verysimple they cram up the whole thing during exams and consult guidebooks for their reference rather than original books of author. Theresult is that they have very limited knowledge about a subject andthey are just fit for writing exams and getting good marks. Acandidate never understands how important it is to have properknowledge of a subject. They just believe its the work of college inwhich they are studying and their teachers to teach them. They failto understand the fact that lack of knowledge or poor knowledge cannever outperform and never rise up the ladder of success. A candidate has to be hard working fromday one when he takes on a career study and has to do a lot ofreading and learning then only he can become a quality employee. Thegoal should be fixed and they should have a far sighted vision tolook beyond exams and class test to be successful. We have seen inreal life that a person who is topper and always gets good markssometimes cannot make it through the interviews. The question ariseswhy ? The reason is he never through beyond good marks and grades. Henever realized that subject knowledge is very important. A candidate remains jobless due to fewother reasons too. They are -Higher expectations from thejoining company.Expect a good pay package at thestart of the career.Compare themselves with othercollege friends who are placed well and getting a good pay package.Stay at home and take restthinking they just have to submit resumes and company will call themand place them. Look for jobs and dont compromiseon salary less than their expected salary. Companies should be centrallylocated so that they can boost their friends that they are workingin a good and big company.They want to work only in bigcompany and don't entertain call from small companies.They want to stick with thetechnology which they feel comfortable and dont want to shiftaccording to companies requirements.They think if they are thrown fromone company they will get better placed in other company.They work in a company for onemonth and shift.They want that they should getholidays as and when they want and its none of their business is thework is getting hampered in between. They are not ready to take on anyresponsibilities. They just want to work at officehours and if they are given extra work they will quit.They always want to show theirsuperiority and compare themselves with other employees.Its not a ridicule but i just want toshow the candidates who are left jobless their drawbacks. If acandidate or an employee changes his mindset he will never be leftjobless and is sure to prosper be it any field. Its a very rightsaying Its your attitude not your aptitude that determines youraltitude . Why not change the mindset from day one and startstudying and make yourself fit for companies. Frankly speaking there is vacancy ineach and every company but they don't recruit due to lack of qualitywork force. Every company is looking for quality and not quantitywork force. The situation is so worse that acompany comes looking for 50 employees and recruits only 2 3candidates from the whole mass. There are various questions whichneeds to be answered :Is it that the company expects too much? Or Is it the candidates are not up to the mark ?These questions really needs to beanswered for the betterment of the candidate seeking job. Just try to over come over yourdrawbacks and change your attitude and see the miracle happening inyour life. All The Best.
