Today people are very busy in their lives and life has really become very hectic. It has become common that most people tend to ignore health citing their busy schedule and work pressure. They do not have time for food and often skip their morning breakfast or lunch. A lot of people have developed stress because of the work load and they even cannot have a proper sleep at night.
