Sessions of brainstorming among teachers are held before developing the curriculum where their experience helps form a syllabus which is efficient. A Professional Learning Committee (PLC) has been established for the teachers to meet and discuss new, refined methods of teaching as well these sessions help them be updated about the new technologies the students need to learn.LPU puts a strong focus on learning from experience and experimenting. Students need to take internship wherein they are required to work at an organization in their respective discipline and work on a project when they are at it. Industrial trainings at reputed organizations can give the students an advantage when they sit for placements. Internships also help them refine their skills because practical learning is much more effective than theoretical learning. Field trips are also held for the students to learn more about their trade. The trips can be international tours too, where along with learning about their subjects they get to witness different cultures. A lot of courses are offered for web based learning and it is one of the few colleges to extensively used social media for the benefits of their students.
