Cloudbreak Court has a smaller price range - $460-500K. These were mostly built in 2007. This is a very small community all of the homes are along one street. Woodward Pointe is one of our very favorite communities on James Island. These homes were built from 2001 to 2008, and there is a good range of styles. Many of these houses have brick exteriors, and buyers are always impressed with this neighborhood. Current prices range from $500-680K.
