Pack a snack bagfor the car or plane ride:           - always carry nuts for munching           - place a low sugar/high fibergranola bar in your carry-on bag            - protein powder packets are a goodalternative to carry as well           - a yummy wrap containing protein,healthy saturated fats and greens           - seven grain bread with almondbutter and an apple or banana offers a quick and              healthy snack 2. Eating at fastfood restaurants:           - stick with a salad (remember tochoose a light dressing) or           - try having a sandwich on whole wheatbread           - be sure to stay away from friedfoods and           - stay away from sugar snacks           - try to get a serving of vegetables asa snack 3.
