Many companies are now increasing the charges, for providing this service to their workers or cutting back on the level of cover. In this instance I speak with experience because my health care service has reduced this year for the first time ever. They informed everyone that owing to the increasing cost of providing health care, they were going to use a new, less expensive provider.They said it was necessary if all their employees were to have the same level of health care. I am told that the new insurance package is still very good and I am lucky to have it. It is not that I am against other workers getting a good deal but they are now taking twice the amount out of my salary so that my husband and daughter are covered.
