For the past 10 years or more I have been told by numerous health professionals that I need to improve my flexibility to reduce the structural niggles I started to get.Hips going out of whack, which then affected my lower back and of course the old stiff neck.Since the age of 15 I put a lot of effort into getting a strong and fit body but neglected giving my body the chance to relax, via stretching.So only two sides of my triangle where in place, which means my triangle would never stand the test of time. My first goal was to stretch Monday to Thursday for 15 minutes and do a Yoga session on Friday with a teacher.4. The most important thing is that you build your self-belief and self-esteem by keeping your word to yourself. This means do what you said you would.
