This is hard work but will have you burning fuel (calories) like a sports car.Eat 5-6 small meals with 20-30 grams of protein at each one. Add lots of raw and cooked vegetables and eat one of these meals every 2-3 hours throughout the day. Don't leave home without your meals with you for the time you are going to be away. It really is this simple. Focus on what you should be eating not what you shouldn't be eating.Forget about losing weight, and start thinking about recovering your fat burning, muscle system.
