That's due to the fact that leisurely exercises don't help to build strength. To get stronger, you must always get involved in some kind of strength training. Stair climbing, weight lifting, sprints, etc. - they all work well. After completing your exercises, always remember to rest well and feed your body. Rest is important because you need to give time to your muscles for repair and growth. Don't exercise intensely for 6 days a week. That's leaving too little time for proper rest. Give at least 48 hrs for your muscles to rest before engaging in another workout.For muscle growth and repair, consume a high protein diet. Among all the nutrients, protein is the most important. It's the building blocks for your muscles. Without proteins, your workout would have been wastes. You need protein to grow stronger, fitter, and healthier.
