Why the white-collar workers are prone tothose diseases? There are three main reasons. At first, the office environmentplays an important role. They are mostly work in office buildings which locatedin the center of a city with bad air quality. And their office equipped withcentral air-conditioning to control the temperature. As we all know, air-conditioninghas its down-sides. Along with the cleaning difficulties, air-conditioningaffects the air quality inside the office. In addition, the poor ventilation ofhigh building is easy to breed bacteria and viruses. Secondly, long-term mental stress withoutrelaxation will cause the immune suppression. Modern scientific researchconfirmed that immunity reduction cause the number of lymphocytes in humanblood. Most white-collar workers lived in an irregular lifestyle.
