There will be an amendment to the Immigration Rules covering asylum seekers, English language qualifications and marriage visas for members of the Armed Forces.The changes were recommended by the Migration Advisory Committee.Now, the things have gone very difficult for very highly skilled workers who wish to work without Masters degrees; will bring greater flexibility in short term transfers by Multi-National Companies and more protection against the use of such transfers to fill long term vacancies that should go to resident workers.
