They present evidence in support of their client’s protest of innocence, before a judge and a jury of 12 men and women who must be convinced beyond reasonable doubt of the defendant’s claims. Not every client is without guilt or crime, but it is with the belief that all men are presumed innocent until proven guilty that these lawyers defend with every resource they have. The resources are determined by the pursuit of truth in each case. They are required to clarify all false impression about their client’s character and behavior while presenting their plea with full determination.
