This means that you may not always have a steady stream of income. This, therefore, can mean that it can be worthwhile for a divorce attorney to have another lawyer who has a more even stream of income to help stabilize their finances. In other words, a lawyer practicing criminal, employment, or contract law may be able to provide revenue in lean times. When the divorce attorney needs more help, it may be possible for the other lawyer to assist during the peak times of family law.Beyond the ones listed above, it is hard to imagine that there are further reasons for a family lawyer to enter into a law partnership with another lawyer.
