Virginia is an American state in that is located in the South Atlantic region of the United States. Requesters are needed to fill out the complete application, pay the $12.00 fee, present a Valid ID to the office clerk and after a few minutes the document will be given. The office accepts cash, check or money order only.  Credit or debit cards are strictly prohibited. Third choice is to order it online by the Express Delivery through an independent online company that the Virginia Department of Health, Division of Vital Records has partnered with. They provide services to its people where they can do a Marriage Records Search and request vital records that are living in the state. Marriage records that occurred in the State of Virginia from 1853 to present are still available. First copies will of the records costs $20.00 and for additional copies it will cost $20.80. Shipping choices were given to requesters such as through UPS Air-$18.50, UPS 2 DAY-$17.00. No charge is given for regular mails.
