It mainly depends on what your business is offering and howoften your contacts want to hear from you. It is possible that they may deleteor unsubscribe if it is sent too often. However, not often enough will giveyour competitors an opportunity to reach your potential customers. For manybusinesses, sending a newsletter once a week is most effective. Finally, it isimportant to keep your newsletter consistent. Because of the amazing amount ofnewsletters that are online, subscribers may get confused as to which ones arelegitimate and which ones are spam. You want your newsletter to be familiar sobe consistent with your format. On every issue indicate that the newsletter wasrequested by the subscriber. Also, to reduce complaints or spam reports, alwaysprovide a link for the opportunity to unsubscribe. Your newsletter is an essential part of your businessthat requires your diligence.
