Most promotional products suppliers have a range of products that they keep on hand or can order with just a few days lead time for just that type of emergency. These are items that dont need to be specially made, that may be kept on hand or can be delivered on short notice from the factory. They wont be nearly as impressive and you wont have the range of choices youd have with longer lead time, but theres still an impressive array of promotional products that can be had with less than 7 days lead time.
