Successfully moving your trade show booth or banner stands from one place to another is quite a task, but with proper planning and some clever designing, you can make it much easier.Always Come PreparedWhether you are moving banner stands or large trade show displays, you should always prepare your item to be moved. If it's a larger exhibit, then you will want to consider a specialized shipping case (or set of them, if it's a particularly large unit.) These cases should have wheels and should ideally have a set of casters that allows them to move in any direction without issue. The wheels should have locks for easy unloading.If you don't have a specialized case, you might want to consider building your own moving station.
