Todays tip isabout the discipline to implement more in your business. I hear from a lot ofentrepreneurs, and I have been hearing this for eleven years, Fabienne, I knowwhat to do. Ive got a lot of ideas, but I just dont seem to have thediscipline to put them all in place. What do I do? How do you do it? How do these successful business ownersdo it? And, my answer always is, Think about the word entrepreneur.Entrepreneur isa French word, and it comes from the verb entreprendre. As you know, ImFrench. I was born and raised in Paris. The word entreprendre means that youlaunch something. You are something thatbegins things. You start things, and if you think about it, you are probablywired as an entrepreneur to be a quick start, to start new things, and youreprobably a starter, and not so much of a finisher. Am I right? I know becauseIm the same way, too.Heres what youmust know. If you were somebody who was not a starter, wasnt wired to beginand launch new things, you probably wouldnt have launched your own business.So, I know its really easy for people to beat themselves up, Yeah, yeah, whydont I finish things, but you would never have started your own business ifyou werent somebody who had the courage and the gusto, if you will, to startsomething.Understandingthat, its really important to finish things in your business. You have tofinish what you start because you dont get results from things you dontfinish. So, when I speak to entrepreneurs who dont have a lot of clients orperhaps youre at a certain level in your business. Lets say youre making$75,000, $100,000 or more and youre wondering how will you get to the nextlevel? Its by finishing more of the things that youve started. I will look atsomebodys list of what theyre working on. All of the things that areunfinished are the things that would make them more money and get them moreclients. Does that make sense?Knowing that youhave to finish more things, there are certain things that you can do. One ofthe things we do with our higher level clients starting in the Platinum leveland above is to look at how theyre wired, and when you know we have anassessment test, a couple of assessment tests that we do with that to figureout how you take action in your business. Are you somebody who starts things,or are you somebody who follows through and completes things? If you are infact somebody who likes to start things, then you must surround yourself withpeople who are finishers. Does that makesense?So, if youre astarter, you need people around you even if its part-time, even if its avirtual person just a couple of hours a week, somebody to take care offinishing the things that youve started. So, thats tip number one. Understandthat youre wired that way. Discipline and willpower doesnt work if youre notwired that way, but there are solutions.One, surroundyourself with people who will finish things for you. Number two, do create timein your day, uninterrupted time so you can actually work on some of the thingsthat need to be finished. There are some things that you cannot delegate.If you markuninterrupted time in your day, and you set it in your calendar like you woulda client appointment, then those things will get done. So, thats tip numbertwo.The third thingthat you need to do is set up some accountability measures around you. Now,think about it. If you have people holding you accountable to implement things,to finish things, this is when you get more done. So, you have to get yourselfin a group, get yourself to have some people in your life, a high level mentor,mastermind groups. Really focus on accountability and implementation because ifyou dont have that and youre tinkering in your office behind your computer,youre not going to get as much stuff done. You want to talk to somebody dailywho is going to help you finish the things that you start.So, those arethe three things that you need to do to bypass discipline and go straight intoimplementation because when you implement, thats when you make more money.When you focus on implementing money generating activities and finishing moneygenerating projects, thats when you multiply your income dramatically.
