Here’s a strategy to help youincrease your business, get more clients, scale your business, make a lot moremoney working less is about your program’s products and services, yourofferings. I talked to a lot of my private clients, and those of my students,and they’re always asking how do I get more people into my programs, or how doI get more clients into this particular service that I do, or how do I sellmore of those products?             For many years, I would answer,“Well, what are you doing to market,” and all of that is absolutely valid, butsomething has really transpired for me in my own business over the last few. Ireally started looking less about modeling what other people are necessarilydoing, and really looking at creating my offerings – my products, my programs,my services based on what my ideal clients want and need.              I know that sounds like, “Duh,Fabienne, we all know this,” but wait, I really want you to get this. Once Istarted changing my focus from trying to cram people into my programs as theywere and started looking at, “Well, who is this person? What is it that theirissues are? What do they need most right now to create results?” Once I figuredthat out and started changing my products, changing my programs, changing myofferings, so I gave them exactly what they need – the right curriculum, theright support, the right daily accountability, all of that stuff, and I startedpricing it that they could afford it. For some, it might easy, peezy, and forsome maybe just a little bit of a stretch, but it’s very affordable and givethem the access and all that they need at their level of necessity. Once theprogram matched exactly what that particular client’s needs were, I didn’t haveto sell hard. I didn’t have to cram people in. Naturally, people came.             What I teach my clients and mystudents now is: look at who you’re dealing with. Who is it that is your idealclient? Now, for me, you might notice that I have three types of ideal clients– I have Ramp-up Rachel and Leverage Larry and Visionary Vicky, and if you goto the website, you’ll see they have different profiles, they have differentissues, and they have different things that they need most right now.             In creating each program to deliverexactly what they need at the price point that they can afford, it’s changedeverything. So, this is what I teach my students and my clients now, and I wantto ask you the same question. If you were to focus on your ideal client’sneeds, really focus, who they are, what their issues tend to be, and what dothey need most right now in terms of a process or a curriculum or astep-by-step, and if you figure that out, my question to you today is how wouldyou change your existing programs so that they would get better results and abetter return on investment.             How could you change what you offer?How could you change how you price or deliver your programs so that when thatideal client sees this program, they say, “Oh my gosh, that’s exactly what Ineed. How soon can I join?” This has been monumental in my own business and inthe businesses that my clients are running.
