Valley of Fire is a great place to camp but is solely on a first come, first serve basis, with a minimal fee. The campsites are very well maintained and offer great facilities including tables in the shade, restrooms, fresh water provision and grills for cooking. There is a trash area and shower block too. Should you arrive in an RV, not a problem, as the park is RV friendly providing water and power connections, with a $10 surcharge once you arrive.
