Our office was going to complete its 50 years and all of us were looking some specific place to organize our annual general meeting prior the date as we need to do a lot of work on the main day of our company. Prior the deadline I asked our manager that can we organize our annual general meeting on the day of our companys big day as I thought that would be a great opportunity for our company to show our companys future projects to our shareholders.The moment I had shared this idea with my manager he was not ready to accept it as he thought that it might create a ruckus in the management of the companys main event, our companys biggest day. Then pleading him for giving me a chance and responsibility to organize it on the same day I took risk of the whole function.
