Job Description
It would be a great opportunity to join the project team in our Witham site, you will be dealing with one of the top 3 world leading Smartphone and Electronics Brand’s fulfilment and Pick & Pack operation. Location: Witham, Essex.
About you:
Daily Duties:Finishing required minimum pick & pack orders on daily basis.Stock checking on requirements.Recording special requirements from client in the task record, submitting to project leader on requirement.Finalising returned product process following SOP.Issue tracking related to client’s customer complaints.Cost analyses for related services provided to clients.
Benefits:20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. Also, one extra holiday per year after 2 years of services in the company. Maximum 25 paid holiday plus bank holidays overall.Quarterly bonus and KPI bonus on top of the basic salary.Monthly team building event (due to covid 19, currently we are having food delivery on monthly basis).You can finish if daily task has been finished (30 mins maximum)Regular Working Hours Monday-Friday 0830-1730, one hour lunch break.

参预寰球前五之一的智能手机与智能穿着装备品牌的一件代发名目是一个十分难得的教训，为确保每个团队成员均可以随着业务脚步走， 这个岗位需求实现逐日要求最低的打包定单，任务地点在Witham , Essex.

Daily Duties:
实现逐日要求的最低打包单量
按需清点库存，协助团队成员实现逐日动货清点
R记载客户的特殊需要，并报告请示给名目担任人
协助团队实现退货入库和上架，并报告请示给客户和名目担任人。
追踪并解决客户的买家客诉问题
Benefits:
20 天年假+8天的bank holiday。. 而且退职两年后第三年起每一年减少一天的带薪假期，下限为25天
季度考查奖金以及逐日考查奖金
月度考查和奖金。
若逐日提前实现KPI， 则可延迟至多半小时上班。
