比来收到2封追债公司的信了，说我欠O2电话公司钱。然而我基本没有啊，我打电话给O2他们查了也说没欠他们钱。这是怎么回事呢？莫非是骗子，他们给的电话免费的并且很高的费用。怎么办呢？请大神们指导

假如他们打给你，跟他们说，我曾经分割O2了，我没欠钱。 我家之前用SKY，老公给勾销了，过了2年了，收到讨债信，400多磅啊，老公打去SKY问，SKY说是他们搞错了，由于咱们勾销的时分DIRECT DEBIT咱们没有本人勾销，就是定时间补收钱了，怎么会欠钱，反正SKY说他们搞错了，老公打去讨债公司说是SKY弄错了，之后又收过信，好像没理，仍是怎么的，最初就没事了。

之前也被债权公司说欠电话公司钱，给他们发信要证实，回复说让我本人去和电话公司要。真是笑话，从此再也没有收到过他们的信，终于喧扰了
给追债公司发的CCA request letter：
Dear Sir/Madam
Re: -Account Number: XXXXXX
I do not acknowledge any debt to your company or its clients.
With reference to the above agreement, I require you to supply the following documentation before I will correspond with you further on this matter.
I understand that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Sections 77-79), I are entitled to receive a copy of our credit agreement on request.
I understand a copy of our credit agreement should be supplied within 十二 working days.
I understand that under the Consumer Credit Act creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they fail to comply with a request for a copy of the agreement under these sections of the Act.
