已经找了一个builder去看过房子了，朋友介绍的，昨天收到quote，但是比我们想象中贵很多，后来又问了一些周围的朋友，都说quote太贵了，也没有装修房子的经验，所以发来这给大家看看，如果能有有经验的人给个大概估计范围，我们心里也比较有底，就怕被人宰。
Electrical works32 points：- Living room - 8 spot lights -8 points
Study - 6 spot lights -6Pendants to be centred in 5 rooms -5 pointsMaster bed - 2 sockets on side of bed, Sky, BT and 3xCat 6 -5 points (3xcat6 is considered as one point)Main BT socket and rooter to be located in the study -1 pointBed 2 switch to be moved on other side of the door -1 pointBed 2 - 2 extra sockets -2 pointsBed 3 - 1 extra socket -1 point1st. floor bathroom - 2 spot lights to be moved above bath and switch to be moved outside. -3 pointsTotal incl. first fix materials(cables etc). Charge of second fix apply.
As agreed you will have to buy or pay for the switch and socket plates and the spot lights separately as we do not know your preference.
Mechanical works:
Labour to remove and install 5 no radiators
The radiators will be supplied or paid for by you.
Builders works:
-Protect all the floors throughout the house ready for the building works.
-Remove all the wall paper from the wall and ceilings throughout the house excluding the kitchen and dining rooms.
-Chase the walls and ceilings to enable the wiring of the el. points.
-Make good and prepare for plastering.
-Plaster all walls and ceilings throughout the house excluding the kitchen and dining rooms.
-Make good all wall and ceiling surfaces ready for decorating.
-Paint all the walls and ceilings throughout the house excluding the kitchen. No woodwork(skirting,architraves and doors) is to be painted.
-Labour to change all the door handles throughout the house.
The handles will have to be bought or payed for by you separately as we don’t know your preference.
-Reverse the way the door is hanged in one of the bedrooms.
Rubbish clearance
我们计划工期4到5个星期，每天大概需要多少工人？总共的人工是多少（不加材料，油漆什么的），所有的material都是我们出，除了first fix （wire，cable etc）

可以去了mybuilder.com里找三四个builder给你报价，builder人工100镑上下伏动。

按工作数量给钱吧，如果按天数给钱，那有可能本来要四五个星期可以做完的，结果做了七八个星期。
