刚刚看了一个新闻说历史性伦敦房价比外围平均高一倍的情况只发生过两次， 出现这个情况之后一次伦敦放假暴跌， 另外一次是伦敦房价没有继续涨周围的房价快速增长。 看了之后感觉如果要买房来投资，还是在静观几个月再做决定比较好，反正最近2，3个月伦敦房价也是在调整期。

London house prices fell 31 per cent between 1989 and 1992; and while prices did not fall in the early 2000s, a much bigger boom elsewhere narrowed the gap with the capital.

就说中国炒家的问题是原来的情况是天朝那时候房价还没变态，很多人主要精神集中在天朝内。。。现在房价已经变态，股市好像又要起来了，大小非产生N多富豪，还有坑爹的创业版。。。这些人子弹收好了准备打哪边，其他地方又不了解又不敢瞎投，伦敦还是了解的，加上英镑这几年跳水，看看国内几百万的房子像什么样，再比比这里。。。还有排队投资移民的。另外加上东欧乌克兰最近那边也不太平，本来俄罗斯那块富豪也喜欢伦敦，还有印度的。。。高端地产涨起来，中低端的就托高了。
而且总有种恐怖的感觉就是政府越要压制房产，越压不住，越这样越要买。

8月回国10月回来，woolwich房价涨5万！！！而且是疯抢，稍微好点，能看上的一般是直接给ASKING或ASKING +5000

英国皇家特许测量师学会(RICS) 预测 2014英国房价会涨 8%, 伦敦房价会涨 11%
UK house prices set to rise 8% in 2014 with London property booming 11% as surging demand from buyers outstrips building
House prices in the UK will rise by 8% in 2014 due to the shortage of homes coming on to the market, surveyors have forecast.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) said prices would rise across the UK, with London set for another 11% jump on top of the double-digit increases recorded over the past year. It said the cost of renting a home was set to rise by 2%.
