刚拿到永居,想把小孩带回国住段时间.
问题是: 是否当初给小孩办永居,假如是的话,回国是否不克不及超过90天?

Yes! u best let you kid join pr now! will be take few moth and if the kid got pr his or her can going back around 21 moth.
join pr you kid also can get 儿童福利 and Tax Credits.

what to you want first? if your kid got PR his or her still can going back to china for 23 moth.(if stay over 24moth his or her PR will be automatic cancel)
if 入籍 get british passport your kid olny can go back china for 90day!

请问，入籍并拿英国护照当前，小孩子不克不及回中国超过3个月？ 这是为何呢？ 是中国便利不给更长的签证？仍是甚么其余缘故？？

cos u kid got british passport,so…this by the law.if you want your kid over start in 中国.
去中国大使馆或领事馆办签证,but 通常签证是一次出境，三个月无效。
try go london 中国领事馆.maybe you can fine out!
