弱弱的问一下,
spouse visa两年后能够不请求永居间接入籍吗？
另：集体合乎来英超过三年，总共离境时间不超过270天，最初一年离境不超过90天的要求？
是间接使用form an 就能吗？

Free of i妹妹igration time restrictions: This means you do not have any time limit on your stay in the United Kingdom. Usually this is because we have given you permission to stay permanently (known as indefinite leave to remain) in the United Kingdom. It may also be because you have a ‘no time limits’ stamp in your passport or have the right of abode in the United Kingdom. It also applies to an EEA national or the family member of an EEA national who has gained permanent residence status because he/she has lived in the United Kingdom for a continuous period of five years that ended after 30 April 2006.
这就等于说仍是要先拿到永居，能力合乎这个time restrictions的要求，而后间接请求入籍。

必需先永居，既然你知足了三年压，甚么９０天，配偶英国人的前提，那末你在那到永居确当天就有资历请求入籍了～～
