有个帖子外面好像提到假如俩人支出不敷18600的状况下，能够把spouse的请求往10年的route下面赶？也就是说到十年后间接请求10年永居？不知道这个正确吗？有无链接甚么的？谢谢！或者说这类状况合用于那种签证？主请求必需是10年永居仍是5年工签？谢谢

这条是新规定，似乎尚无看到例子，但根据ukba的民间说法，那是有前提的discretion，不知足前提似乎仍是要面临被拒 （次要就是看有无英国孩子以及孩子在英糊口多久了，小孩儿似乎再也不ho耽心之列）

谅解我的了解，配偶签sponsor的签证要求就是要有年支出18600，不论是第一次签仍是续签，说支出不敷往10年下面靠的或许是其余签证类型，例如投亲之类的，假如能够胜利签2.5年的那种应该是知足支出前提的，否则HO会少收好多钱。

假如配偶签的经济前提达不到的话，请求FLR(M)一定被拒的。移民局曾经写明。只能请求FLR(O)下面10年家庭签。固然，也是要证实为何不克不及达到经济要求，为何不克不及等达到要求再请求，有甚么特殊性，要求移民局discretion。
