替一个敌人问一下在持有PSW签证而且拿到正轨大学的offer的状况下，签先生签证被拒签之后有甚么方法么？ 他明天收到学校秘书的一封信
Dear xxxxx,
From the information that you have provided in your Declaration of Previous Study form you do not have enough time left to complete the ABC course. The UKBA have brought in new time limits of study for International students in which you can only study at degree level and above for 5 years. You studied for one year at the University A and then studied 4 years at the University B. As your current Tier 1 visa expires on xxxx 2013 you would have to apply for a Tier 4 visa to continue your studies. The UKBA would refuse your visa as you have already studied 5 years at degree level.
