我在英国7年了.结婚2年半,老公是英国人,上周我刚拿到永居,我看 home office 的民间网站，又听得多网友们说是能够间接请求入籍的,然而我征询了律师,他说any adult who wants to apply for naturalisation always had to complete a minimum 十二 months on ILR. 感觉很困惑！！
过了28/10/13，需求言语证实，我有Ielts 7分红绩，能不克不及用？仍是必需用ECOL??

不需求１２个月啊，你本人到UKBA上看要求就好啦，那些律师其实还不如本人呢
I妹妹igration time restrictions
You must be free from i妹妹igration time restrictions on the day you make your application. This often means having already gained settled status before you make your citizenship application. How and when you are eligible for settled status will depend on the i妹妹igration category you were in and successfully meeting its requirements for indefinite leave to enter or remain. For example spouses and civil partners of British citizens who must complete a 5 year probationary period under Appendix FM would generally have the opportunity to apply for naturalisation on this basis once they complete the 5 year period and obtain indefinite leave to remain provided they can also meet the other requirements of naturalisation at that time.

我刚刚明天去请求的，好像是能够。我是先拿到PR， 而后结婚的，上周刚刚过十二个月。方才阿谁人说你是否按结婚请求，我说是PR请求，他说其实你是能够结婚后就能，在这里3年。
我过后不是100%肯定，感觉800多邦试一下挺贵，反正不焦急，就没弄。
MM当初请求曾经来不迭了，阿谁NCS要提前预定的

律师;P lz应该要求看一下他的qualification.
lz的状况能够间接入籍。你去ncs她们首先会问你是经过marriage仍是经过5 years rule入籍。区分就在于一个是3年住满，pr之后无须finish 1 year free from i妹妹igration control；另外一个则需求5年住满而且知足pr之后的1年free from i妹妹igration control.
入籍请求表格上也专门有经过marriage请求入籍的一个section。

当初就能请求，不外有个条件前提是你在请求以前的一年不克不及在境外3个月仍是6个月，我请求的时分有说。
