状况是这样的
宝爸 是五年tier one 转永居
妈妈是十二年十月转的配偶 所以要安七月新政策五年 而不是两年 所以这次就没有和爸爸一同请求
然而感觉宝宝应该是能够和爸爸一同请求永居的 宝宝是这里出世的
后果被拒了
被拒理由是 除非爸爸妈妈一同请求永居否则宝宝没有方法请求永居
宝宝只要下次妈妈永居时分一同请求
猎奇怪啊 一集体永居就不克不及带宝宝嘛
按理说爸爸永居后宝宝均可以间接入籍了 然而却还要等几年永居？
也就是是20十二年7月后的配偶 非但配偶不克不及和主请求人两年永居 连宝宝都不行？

不懂帮顶。不外我听英国共事说，孩子在英国，父亲是没有任何权益的，孩子就归母亲。我给我家孩子请求入籍的时分，我都没出孩子爹的资料，间接就跟我的永居办的入籍。说件好玩的事，我老公姑姑家住在法国，法国国籍，他们全家搬来英国假寓，过后孩子是跟这父亲一同过去英国的，后果被英国海关一顿的问，说是疑心，他们夫妻有可能闹离婚，父亲要带着孩子逃跑:L，最佳好像是给孩子母亲打了电话，才让进英国的。

楼客人家HO网站上有明白写到，十二年7月当前的PBS dependant 孩子要请求永居必需父母都永居了才合乎前提，你老婆还没永居，孩子固然会被拒。

You need to apply for a new certificate when your passport expires.

妹妹，宝宝的永居是必需父母都永居了能力永居，假如有一方没有永居，无论父母，都不克不及永居，签证类型和长短随没有永居的一方。好比说假如没有永居的夫妻一方是以spouse visa在英国的话，那孩子就只能是spouse的dependent。或者假如有有一方是永居，另外一方是tier2，那宝宝就只能签tier 2的dependent。我比来也是吃了这个亏，我是永居，孩子爸不是，孩子也被拒签。

Eligibility for children

were previously given permission to stay in the UK as your child
aren’t married or in a civil partnership
will live with you and be supported by you without using public funds
You and your child’s other parent must both be in the UK legally, or currently applying to enter, remain or settle, for the child to be allowed to settle.
