父母来英国得多次了，之前每一年就待一个月的模样，自从我十二年有了小敌人当前，就请求了五年签证，每一年根本上都待近六个月，历来也没有过时过，以前进关都没有问题，然而这次被拦了上去，带到独自之处，问有甚么理由每一年来要住近6个月，还打电话给我，讯问有无领过福利，我说他们历来没有去nhs看过任何病，而后又问有无买保险，次要是态度很强硬的说不允许每一年来都住这么长期，假如下次再待六个月，就不允许出境！
次要是当初有了二宝，老是但愿家人每一年能多点时间过去，历来没想过福利的事件，始终认为不超过六个月就能了，没想到会这样，当初都不知道明年能够至多待多久了？估量续签的时分也费事了，想求教大家有无相似的状况啊？

A visitors visa is given to visit the UK for a short time for visiting the family. It is not meant to stay in the UK for as long you possibly can. If visitors frequently visit the UK and stay in the UK every time, their intention are not consistent with the genuine visitor. That violates the original intention of getting the visitors visa.
Of course while we have personally no bias or opinion on this, in the eyes of the UKBA, such visitors are abusing the type of visitors visa they have got. If the person tries to stay in the UK for a longer time e.g 180 days per year, compared to their stay in their home country, they may get a shorter authorized stay at the port of entry and may be given a warning(in Louzhu’s case). The visitors may also be denied entry into the UK and be sent home right away. Moreover, once your current visa expires or is void, you may not get the visa the next time you apply.

People holding visit visas can only remain in the UK for a maximum of six months on any one visit, or until the visa expires if less than six months. Holders of long-term visit visas must still meet the requirements of the I妹妹igration Rules each time they enter the UK. They must not be using the route to live in the UK for extended periods. If this is the case, Border Force officers must refuse entry to the UK
The visitor visa is given only at the discretion of UKBA and can be awarded for up to 6 months in any 十二-month period (6 months is not actually guaranteed nor is an applicant entitled automatically to a full 6 months). If the UKBA starts to suspect that you are trying to live in the UK for half of the year each year. There is a good chance they will deny you further entry.
