我儿子以前始终都在英国和咱们一同，但去年10月由于要换护照回国后就始终留在了国际。
由于我和我老公这几个月都在请求永居，比来刚上去。
想请问各位热情肠的敌人，不知道谁知道这类状况，娃也能够间接在国际请求永居，而后回来英国吗？

孩子出世时，父母没有英籍身份or只持有英国永居身份： 孩子“无奈”间接被视为英籍或永居身份。孩子想进入英国，就必需事前请求相应家庭团圆签证。
