Digitalcertificate for electronic signing:Forsigning Word document first you must have digital certificate and youcan get that easily from any certificate authority such as GlobalSignetc. There are two types of Electronic signing; visible electronicsigning and Non-visible electronic signing. After getting digitalcertificate word document can be easily signed by following mentionedsteps: Howto add Visible Electronic signing: When avisible digital signature is applied to your document it will createa signature line in the document and your signature will be clearlyshown on this signature line. This will allow the signer to confirmthat the document is originated from him/her and signature confirmsthat document is unaltered. Stepsto add visible signature:Onthe menu bar click Insert and then click Signature linebutton.Awindow of Signature Setup will appear. This window will asksigner to enter name, Email address and title. Afterclicking OK you will see that an X with a signature linewill appear probably at the end of your word document.Nowright click on signature box and click on the option Signforcreating sign for signature line.
